Our academy sessions are about development, not just drills.
Each evening includes a balance of focused technical work, gameplay scenarios, and individual feedback, all underpinned by fun, high-energy delivery.

Session structure:

• Technical Training: Stick skills, first touch, passing, hitting and elimination techniques.

• Tactical Understanding: Decision making, positioning, and game awareness.

• Physical Conditioning: Speed, balance, and strength through hockey-specific movement.

• Game Play: Small-sided matches to apply learning under pressure.

• Performance Reflection: Personal targets and coach feedback to track improvement.

Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure they’re challenged appropriately and supported throughout their development.

• Age Range: 10–16 years

• Group Size: 15–20 players

• Coach-to-Player Ratio: Max 1:10

• Pricing: £20–25 per session or £120–150 for a 6-week block

Each block follows a clear development theme; from attacking creativity to defensive resilience, ensuring players experience variety, challenge and continuous learning.
